Who We Are
Eight Years, Real Work

N.T.M for Engineering and Development was established in 2017 in Choueifat, Baabda. We started with institutional rehabilitation work and subcontracted infrastructure projects in South Lebanon, building a track record through completed contracts — not promises.

Over eight years we grew from small rehabilitation jobs to major infrastructure programs spanning roads, water networks, buildings, solar energy, steel structures, and heritage restoration — all across Lebanon.

2017
Founded in Choueifat. First contracts: institutional rehabilitation and irrigation channels in South Lebanon.
2018
ISF facility contracts. Major sewage pipeline installation in Silaa, Tyre.
2019–20
Ministry of Energy rainwater channels. ISF training village — full civil, MEP, solar, and CCTV.
2021–22
ILO/EIIP major programs: 6.7 km agricultural roads in South Lebanon and road maintenance across 7 Aley villages.
2023–24
150 kW PV system at Amjad School. UN Habitat projects in Beirut and Tripoli. Steel bungalows in Jbeil. Damour irrigation networks.
2025
Multiple active programs: Mhamra road rehabilitation, Akkar farm infrastructure, Al-Daghla sewage networks.
